Dr Sushma is extremely friendly and she patiently hears to the problem of baby and suggests natural home made remedies for few issues..

While giving Allopathic medicines, she asks us wait for some time and if situation arises, asks us to start on medicines. SHE does not encourage the uses of diapers, instead asks us to use cotton clothing.. Similarly no baby foods,.. Instead asks us to give home made healthy food like Raagi malt, fresh mashed veggies.. Etc to babies at their appropriate age..

AN EXCELLENT PEDIATRICIAN.. I would strongly recommend her.. I have been seeing this doctor for 3 years now. I consulted her for my son and now with my second baby just around 1 month, I still consult her..

I am consulting Dr. Sushma V from almost six months now. All is going well with her thoughtful observation and treatment. I am well satisfied with the hospital also. I have never waited more than 30 minutes to consult the doctor. With the pleasing outcome every time, I have recommended her to others as well.

A month ago, my son was unwell and I approached Dr. Sushma V at Manipal. After a close observation, it was revealed that it is a viral illness. She literally avoided all unwanted tests where the prescription worked fine with adequate results. It was the only session we had with her. It hardly took 20 minutes as waiting period.

Hi team I am rescheduling the appointment for 25th as we had visited the hospital on 24th at 1pm however doctor was not available as she left early on that day as per the hospital inspite of me booking in practo. It's a lot of inconvenience as practo's records don't reflect in the hospital especially when it's a 5months old infant we are dealing with .

Dr.Sushma has been my son's pediatrician since his birth. He is 3yrs old now and I am very satisfied with her diagnosis every time. She is a very friendly and approachable doctor, so much so that son who is 3yrs old willing visits her every time and tries explaining the symptoms himself( however he can and how much ever he can :) ). She is a very good listener and does not prescribe any additional tests or antibiotics unlessl really necessary. Most of the times roots for household remedies. She is very gentle with kids as well, my son does not throw tantrums even during vaccination visits.

My daughter is one year old now and Dr. Sushma V is taking care of her medical concerns. Going forward with a couple of sessions, I have gone through some ups and downs with the services over there. The best part is that the doctor never writes any unwanted tests. Based on the requirements, a very few tests are suggested until now. Considering the open market price, Manipal bills are slightly high for medical tests. So that can be customised as that will influence the patients in a better way. Other than that, probably the waiting time is a little complicated. The appointments are not streamlined. Since the schedules are not strictly implemented, we can't expect the appointment on mentioned time. Sushma Madam has guided us well in handling the new born baby. She has lot of patience n answered our queries.
