I have visited many urology / Andrology / Endocrinology Doctors before meeting Dr. Suri Raju. One specialist referred me to another and the loop never ended until I met Dr. Suri Raju. He took time to listen to my problem and reviewed all reports from past one year and diagnosed it as primary Hypogonadism. He spent enough time in researching alternate options and took personal care in ordering Testestorone Injections (as they are controlled drugs) and other medicine as required for the entire treatment plan. His staff at Regal Hospital were also very good especially I would thank Siddaiah (PR) for his smiley welcome and prompt follow ups. It took almost four consultations to diagnose the complete problem. The staff did not charge me any extra money for so many consultations. I am thankful to Dr. Suri Raju for taking so much of time in diagnosing and treating and understanding patient. We definitely need doctors like this. The medicine arrived a day late than expected but, it was okay as I have been running around different doctors for past one year. The staff were also very careful with the treatment and precautions. I just got into a lifetime therepy and I would be seeing doctor every 3 months from now on. The entire experience with staff and Doctor was great ! Feeling absolutely great on the very first day of treatment. Hope my condition will keep improving !

He comes across as a very competent doctor in his field of specialty and also has the right soft skills which make him a rare find. He successfully carried out a very challenging laproscopic partial nephrectomy ensuring a much quicker recovery time. Prior to the surgery my choice to be treated by him was influenced by his calm, patient and sympathetic discussion about my condition and detailed explanation of way forward to remove my cancerous tumour. At all times he was ready to answer any questions we had and also made sure that we never felt insecure about the treatment. His other nephrologist Dr. Swarna was also instrumental in my post op recovery and care.

I had an appointment at 11 and the doctor was available at 12:15. Receptionists are very irresp*nsible. Had called and checked doctor's availability while going for second time, still they waited us for 30 mins.. There is no time sense for people at this hospital. They kept on saying 5 mins 10 mins and delayed for more than an hour. They should check doctor's schedule before giving an appointment. No one would like to go there and sit waiting for the doctor more than an hour. Then what's the use of getting prior appointment?
