The day I came for my first checkup he was done for the day but he still calmly waited for my decision of whether I want to get the surgery done. He performed the operation that day itself to correct my fracture and followed up till a month and also told me ways to reduce the visibility of my stitch marks on my nose. He is very calm, patient, genuine and vocal about the condition and treatment options. He was always available for any issues over calls or message and was super helpful in all medical as well as insurance related issues.
