I would like to thank all of the Motherhood staff and Dr Sumana. Their care and friendliness made us feel like home. From Baby delivery to post delivery checks all were done well and we went back home with lot of sweet memories.
I would recommend Motherhood hospt to everyone.
Thank you!
Visited For Vaccination/ Immunization
The doctor gave a painless version of the vaccine without telling us the benefits or disbenefits. Now we are in limbo since the painless version has been discontinued. Also other doctors are recommending the painful version of the vaccine since it has lesser side effects
The doctor did not us educate us on these nuances. Also she hurried through the consultation. The oral vaccine was administered without giving is the complete picture and the problem is these things are irreversible.
This was our 1st visit to the doctor in motherhood hospital.very much dissatisfied with the behaviour of the doctor.she is very rude and harsh behaved.since we reached 5mins late she shouted like anything without listenting to the fact that my baby (only 29days old) was suffering from chronic pain and was crying helplessly for past 12hrs. For her ,leaving 5-10 mins early was more important than the life of an infant.Due to the Corona virus outbreak and scarcity of every other facility in the whole city there was an acute shortage of availability of doctors, and unluckily we didn't get any other doctors (MD) so we had a normal check up for the baby by a RMO.
Would strongly not recommend her.
