Dr. Sudhir Hebbar

I am writing my initial feedback here, may be it will help also people who are suffering with OCD like me and wanted to tell one important point that there is solution available for OCD but it might take time, because we need to get right doctor and get right therapy. For example I got 75% of the solution after searching 2 years, which is really great improvement that happened when I met Dr. Sudhir hebbar.

I do not like to tell my issue in detail (related to Health anxiety) which I thought very complicated and cannot be treated with anyone until last year after working with 4 different and Psychiatrist and Psycologist in Bangalore ( do not like to mention names, may be they are experts in their own way but did not worked for me). I got fed up and planned just to move on with life by accepting this issue cannot be treated, but day by day my fear towards my OCD thoughts reached extreme and failed to fight against with those thoughts. Finally thought lets give last one chance and searched everywhere to meet final Doctor, somehow came across Dr. Sudhir hebbar.

He looks little serious, not a person who simply listen whatever u tell and make u happy, but his way of identify the issue is different.He did, identified as OCD and applied CBT with exposure and response prevention method. It worked for me **** *** and now working to cure ********* ***. Recently i also came across few more bad thoughts which is irritating me for which I am having sessions with Dr. Sudhir Hebbar again, I hope will get complete cure soon, I will also ask how to handle coming thoughts in future too.

I started applying his teachings for all kind of unwanted/distructive thoughts and slowly i realised ( also with study of few articles on mind control ) that i can also control my mind, it was always my mind which was controlling me all these years. Dr.Sudhir hebbar is very simple human being, responsible psychiatrist, therapist. I am really happy that i found him to treat my illness, his teachings are not so easy, we need to understand deeply and implement it, then we can see the results.

I hope my unsolvable problem will come to an end with few more sessions, looking forward for remaining *** of the cure.Great thanks to you Sir.

i know how difficult it is live with OCD, but my suggestion is that please do not give up, i also felt i have wasted money and time before meeting Dr.Sudhir hebbar, everyone will get solution one day, but we have to wait. Even my issues also not cured 100% but i got right doctor who helped me come out ** *** of the issue in 8 sessions(2 months). Looking forward for complete cure....!!

Dr sudhir is very friendly and cooperative with patients.He listens to you patiently and clarifies your doubts one by one.Also he won't prescribe you unnecessary medication untill its really required.I'm feeling much better right after my one session.hope to benefit from his guidance a lot.

I didn't find the consultation any helpful. ***** ***** *** ****** *** ********* ****** ** ********** **** ********* I felt the doctor was not really listening to your problems. I found this consultation totally unhelpful. I just know that the councelling sessions costs this much and how many sessions I need from the doctor. Also, I find the diagnosis part a bit unhelpful. ** *** ** ** ********* ***** ** * ********* ***** *** ****** ******** ** ** **** ****** * ***** **** **** *** **** ** ***** Would not recommend to anyone.

I do not recommend him, as no solution nd encouragement was given to us about the patient. It'no use of time

Excellent doctor. A Psychiatrist and a therapist. Had been for CBT sessions and it helped me a lot to recover from my fears. He hears you and tries his best to cure you without medications. I was wrongly diagnosed with depression by one of the well known Psychiatrist but Dr. Hebbar rightly diagnosed the same as Anxiety and Panic.With his guidance, I am fighting hard to get back to track without medication. His CBT sessions are excellent and I would recommend anyone with anxiety issues to see him once.

I have visited Dr. Sudhir Hebbar for my anxiety/stress related issue. Dr.Sudhir Hebbar is a sincere, responsible and humble doctor. He is very helpful in treating you patiently. He listens to the issues / symptoms very carefully before suggesting any sort of medications. He also tries to avoid any sort of tablets/medicines as much as possible (at least in my case), which I find really good. He teaches different methods & does as much as counselling to help you in getting rid of your issues. I applied his teachings for my anxiety/panic related issues and got significant results. and we need to be aware that in this sort of health issues, we need patience & persistence for success. When you can't believe your own mind then you need a guide for your brain, with the help of whom you can continue your life and be productive as well. That guide for me is Dr. Sudhir Hebbar. He is doing an excellent job and has experience in all experience, medicines and therapy, which makes him the best in this genre.

Doctor was patient to hear my problems. According to that he prescribed some medicines as well as wellness advice.

Sudhir took time to understand the child’s anxiety issues.He was non judgemental and calm.Also he is very honest in feedback.

Great credentials. But doesn't show anything. Very friendly and humble. He will get to know your issue no matter what you talk. I would say he is super wise. His questions will take you off guard.
