What a fabulous doctor …. He was so patient in listening to us and explaining the problem and the treatment in such a simple manner ….. I felt very positive visiting dr Srinivas …. I would recommend him to anyone with any sought of ENT issues !!

Excellent Doctor with the best service. The way he is listening to your issues is very much satisfied. The medicine prescribed by the doctor is very effective.

Patients are in absolute safe hand if it’s Dr Srinivas K. Very polite and explained the issue in a simple manner for normal people to understand. Minimal medication prescribed.

****** ** ** ******* He diagnosed and treated vertigo in minutes. I was going through the trouble for 4 weeks. I wish I had visited him earlier. Highly recommend him. There are only few doctors like him who are true to their profession and dont recommend unnecessary tests and medication.

At such a reputed clinic with such good doctors the least you can expect is a good appointment scheduling system in place.

Soon the bad experience will precede the doctor’s effectiveness and patients will stop coming.

My experience with the doctor has been great: Dr Srinivas has been amazing with his professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, listening and understanding my 8 months old issue of constant/nagging hoarse voice from throat and event throat pain due to muscle spasm. His prescriptions have worked really well towards resolving my issue. Furthermore, he patiently listens and explains the issue really well and addresses the root cause. Strongly recommend Dr Srinivas to others having ENT issues.

On a separate note, my experience with a front office lady assistant at Cavalier has been terrible:

On a separate note, yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Srinivas at Cavalier Hiapital. The lady assistant (wearing specs) handling the incoming patients completely and deliberately goofed up the order of ushering in patients without following sequence of appointments to Dr Srinivas. Sequence of appointment was not followed by the lady and she ushered in 5-6 patients before my turn to doctor although those patients had booked appointment after my time. Although I reminded the lady that my appointment was at 6pm and whether she was following sequence, she unethically lied to me and allowed patient with 7pm appointment to meet Dr Srinivas begore me (I came to know when I asked the patient directly that his appointment is 7pm) even though they'd booked after my time. On hearing my concern, Dr Srinivas came to counter and warned the lady assistant stating she'd made the same mistake last time also with other patients by not following sequence of appointment and to follow and maintain a sheet. The lady showed no remorse and neither apologized to myself, not sure where she got this attitude from? Request management of Cavalier hospital to ensure that sequence of appointment is followed, valuing patients time who'd booked appointment with doctor.

Excellent doctor. I would strongly recomend this doctor and clinic for ENT problems. One of the best ENT hospital in kalyan nagar.

I recommend Dr Srinivas to anyone and everyone I meet. He is patient and kind even if you’d be the last patient to visit after a hectic day. He’s one of the few doctors who has not judged my fear of vomiting and treated me with patience even when I could not tolerate the instruments down my throat properly. I thought I couldnt have antibiotics to treat any of my illnesses for years, but he took the time to prescribe alternate dosages of milder antibiotics to cater to this debilitating fear.
