My case was a complicated one but first he tried to extract without cutting bones but eventually after it didn't happen he had to proceed with cutting the bone for extraction. The intent was to first take it out with less painful procedure even if it meant giving more time to the patient. He was also very considerate during the whole process checking the comfort or pain levels and not just rushing through the extraction.
