Very unprofessional way of handling patients. Such a rude behaviour of staff. Waited 3 hours for the test and was asked to wait 5 hours for the reports and they say cant sent the reports via email. We have to personally
Very unprofessional way of handling patients. Such a rude behaviour of staff. Waited 3 hours for the test and was asked to wait 5 hours for the reports and they say cant sent the reports via email. We have to personally collect it. People coming from far will curse this place every minute. No parking facility. You frustration starts right from security at the entry. I will never recommed this place.
Not good. I was expecting some amount of empathy from the doctor. Moreover, he was expremely clinical and did not help me feel better about the issue. Just wrote some medicines and sent me my way.

I also have a serious problem with the Ragav Diagnostic Lab facility. The appointment was taken for 3:20pm. I had to wait for over 3 hours to meet the doctor.
If the staff knows that the doctor takes time to assess the patients, I would expect them to the take the appointment accordingly. Was extremely underwhelmed by the entire experience.
