Doctor was very friendly and treated my mother very well. Staff and hospital facilities are fine as well.

Finally after two poor experiences (both via Practo!), I found a trustworthy doctor.

First day I walked in and was the last patient for the day (almost 9 PM), still the doctor was extremely patient and gave me full attention.

Explained the differences in previous two doctor prescribed powers very nicely.

Gave a correct conversion for contact lens power which I verified from multiple sources later (first two doctors had prescribed it completely wrong).

Did go back to him for a retina checkup also. Overall a great experience.

A good clinic to approach for regular eye checkups. But I'll equipped for advanced conditions. I had a retinal problem which Dr. Shireesh diagnosed. He said that I should get it checked by a retina specialist and that they would call me from the clinic on the day the specialist consults there. Though my condition was serious, I did not get a call back for weeks, despite me following up. I understand that the specialist's availability is limited. But if they knew that, they should have recommended that I approach someone else instead of keeping me waiting.

Yesterday, I visited Dr. Sirish Nelivigi in Sakra World Hospital, after seeing wonderful reviews on Practo, along with my son to get our eyes checked.

I stay in Kaggadasapura & traveled 10 kms just because I believed in Practo reviews.

0. My appointment with doctor was at 3:00 PM. I reached in hospital at 2:45 PM so that I could finish hospital formalities of first time visitors in time.

But the staff there does not care about your appointments/time. He kept us waiting till 3:15, when he asked us to pay for the doctor fee. Even after paying the fee, we waited till 3:40 PM. Wow....this is how a "World Hospital" works? No respect for anyone's time.

1. The doctor was busy fiddling with his phone all the time. When my son's eyes were supposed to be checked, he just went outside the room and asked his junior doctor to check my son. Did I pay to be checked my a junior doctor?

2. I was asking certain questions, but he was like ignoring them & answering as if he is doing some charity sitting there.

3. No eye checkup was done from there side. They just referred to our old prescriptions and checked accordingly.

4. There was no machine to check the eyes digitally. All they checked is through manually putting glasses. That could be done even at any optometrist shop.

5. All the above manual checking was done by junior doctor, while he was busy with his phone.

Guys, please don't waste your time with this doctor.

Dr is really good and efficient.I visit Dr Sirisha for all my eye related issues.

The guy at the front desk is arrogant and not understanding.I visited the clinic yesterday for follow up and enrolled at front desk.

I was no 6 in the queue, and when enquired i was told it will take another 1.5 hrs for my turn.

I informed at the desk that my baby is in NICU at Sakra and need to get some accessories from. Medical shop and will be back in 20 minutes.

The guy at reception informed me that it's not possible.

I really don't understand the logic behind this.when there is already waiting time of 1.5 hrs, going out for an emergency does that really matters to this guys?

Anyways doctor is excellent and patient enought to listen to all your problems.Though I shifted to KR Puram I don't mind traveling for 1.5hrs to meet Dr.Sirish.

My experience with this dr is bad.

When I went only 2 to 3 patients there,doctor is not at all showing interest in treatment & busy in phone.All check up done by the guy who will sell spectacles..This kind of check up we can avail outside with free of cost.i felt visiting this clinic is waste of time n money.

poor experience I ever had with any of the doctors.. planned for LASIK surgery, but doctor doesn't have that patience to explain me regarding the treatment side effects also once said I must understand, I should not ask any doubts is what said by him in a frustrated way.. sir please if u are that frustrated as u said it's Saturday evening hectic, better don't take up the appointments..

I had a very good experience with the doctor. I was on treatment for conjunctivitis but did not see good improvement even after 10days. Dr. Nelivigi explained the cause if problem and performed a small procedure. I could recover in next 3 days. He is very patient, jovial and explains the problem. Would highly recommend him

doctor was in such a hurry that can't be explained. I understand that problem is only dry eyes. I wanted to ask some questions to him...it was getting too uncomfortable to ask when he is literally running. ****** ** *** ************* * ********.won't recommend..

I was apprehensive before check up as my eyes have particular issue and I prefer Doctor to spend ample time before a quick diagnosis. But Dr. was patient and he checked me twice to ensure my power changes . He also recommended me to visit again to consult Cornea specialist. I am overall satisfied with the experience.
