I had taken an appointment with Dr. Subashree at 5:30pm. I was even called in the morning to confirm the same. I arrived on time and waited for 1 hour for the doctor. I was tended to by her assistant who did the initial

I had taken an appointment with Dr. Subashree at 5:30pm. I was even called in the morning to confirm the same. I arrived on time and waited for 1 hour for the doctor. I was tended to by her assistant who did the initial check up and put drops to dialate my pupils. At 6:30pm, the doctor called to say that she will be late due to traffic. She was already 1 hour late.

I did not expect such unprofessional behaviour on the doctor's part. If she knew she was going to get so late, she should not have wasted my time. And also drops were added, due to which I was not able to see clearly for the next 6 hours. The assistant should have checked with the doctor on her availability before proceeding to add drops.
