I was struggling with the anxiety issues for quite sometime which was impacting my personal, professional aspects of life. Dr. Shreedhar Sir did diagnosis and explained me the problem and treatment for the same. He was very patient to hear out all issues , was observant even with the minute details and came up with a phased treatment plan. The sessions with doctor created lots of positive vibes and gave good hope for recovering from the condition. Because of his treatment and encouragement, I am doing very good now. What I really liked about the doctor was his keenness to understand the root cause of my problems (insisting on describing experiences I have had since childhood). The sessions with him usually were for an hour, there was no rush from his side to finish up fast to cater to other patients. He gives you his complete time and attention.

The medication worked very well for me and he insisted on having multiple sessions to understand my recovery rate and suggested other coping strategies to me (yoga, meditation, exercise, thought control) for my anxiety and anger issues.

I have done counseling with Dr Shreedhar for my prolonged depression and anxiety issues after being referred by my psychologist. I am posting my experience after been in treatment for 5 months with him. I started consultation with doctor Shreedhar when I was going through grief and a very low point in life.
