My 86 year old mother and I were both very apprehensive for we were going to Dental Wellness for the first time.

But soon after we reached there, all our concerns and apprehensions were put to rest.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile into an aesthetically designed clinic with a very neat and clean ambience.

Over the next hour or so, as we went through the treatment process, we found that Cleanliness was in the DNA of the clinic.

At the exact appointment time, Dr. Shobha personally stepped out of her work place, gave us a warm smile, and invited us in.

Seeing my mother’s age and condition, she related with her with tenderness and compassion.

She gave her a very patient hearing, examined her and understood the nature of her problem.

Thereafter, she explained to us the kind of treatment required to free my mother from her problem.

Seeing the standard of the clinic, we were concerned about the cost.

But Dr. Shobha surprised us!! She recommended a very cost effective treatment that was well within our budget.

Even though her Assistant Doctors were present, she personally attended to my mother because of her age.

An X-ray was called for. We were ushered into a room with a high end OPG Machine and were saved the trouble of hunting around for a Diagnostic Center to get an X-ray done.

We were rather impressed with Dr. Shobha’s professional approach.

The rates were reasonable considering the standards maintained and quality of service.

We visited the Clinic four more times , in the course of a month , to complete the treatment.

And on all occasions, the standard of service and treatment was par excellence.

If we ever need to get any dental treatment done, we now know where to go - without any apprehensions !!

I had booked an appointment at Dental Wellness for scaling. First impression: The front desk called me twice to remind me of the appointment which was very good as I had de-prioritized the appointment since it was a Saturday morning. The clinic is well maintained and very clean. I was attended by Dr. Shobha Nangrani. Dr. Shobha was very professional and explained the condition of my dental health in detail. She also clearly emphasized on treatment that was necessary and the treatment/procedures that are optional or supplementary. I opted for scaling and teeth whitening. The whole procedure was performed very well- with special attention to my comfort level (gag reflexes etc.). The assistant appeared to be very well -trained as he was around, whenever required, executing instructions that were not verbally announced in my presence. I also bought a few dental accessories that were suggested for better dental health. The billing was also very justified (as I had a fair idea of the charges in Bangalore) and reasonable. Since this was my first visit to a dentist in Bangalore post relocation from Delhi, I was very impressed with the entire experience. I would strongly recommend Dental Wellness and specifically Dr. Shobha for her expertise and professionalism.

I am very satisfied with the entire experience of visiting Dental Wellness Clinic. The appointment was fixed by the front desk -who was very polite and responsive. Since I was particular in fixing an appointment with Dr. Shobha, he took some time to fix me in her slot of availability.

The consultation was very focused without any verbiage and circumlocutory verbosity (that I have experienced with many other doctors). Dr. Shobha was to the point and gave a very crisp articulation of my condition. She has a warm personality and was patient in listening to my dental health history. Dr. Shobha's expertise was very evident to me during the root canal treatment. The entire procedure was painless and I was very comfortable during and after it was over.

Lastly, for the fee that was charged, I found the services very satisfactory and justified. The clinic is located at a nice place with ample parking area. The clinic is clean and well maintained. Most importantly, I got relieved from the ailment and therefore, I would strongly recommend Dr. Shobha for RCT.

I had a bad experience in this clinic for my RCT by Dr. Shobha. I saw good reviews in Google and location is also very accessible. I consulted Dr. Shobha for pain in my tooth during Covid lockdown period in November 2020. The clinic was well maintained and Covid hygiene maintenance was properly followed, so I decided to go through RCT by Dr. Shobha. She did two RCTs in my 2 teeth. I moved to Bhubaneswar in 2021 January. After a year in Bhubaneswar in February 2022, it suddenly started paining in one of my teeth. ** ***** ******* ***** *** *** **** *** *** **** **** ***** ****** ************ I couldn't talk or eat or drink properly. I had to rush to a dental clinic *** * ***** *** **** ** ****** *** **** * ***** ***** *** ** ** **** *** ** * ****** *** ******* **** * ** ***** *** *** * ** **** **** **** *** **** ******** **** **** ***** ** *** ****** * *** ** ******* ****** **** *** ***** ** ***********. re-RCT is always more painful and time consuming compared to 1st RCT. It also is more expensive.

Being a PhD student, paying for 2 RCTs and caps was a lot for me. I trusted her. ***** ******** *** ** ** ** **************. ****** * **** **** ***** **** ****** ****** ** ****** ** ** ******* ** ****

I met her now after a year in 2023. She told me if I had gone to her clinic then she would have done the re-RCT for free. First of all, the pain started in Bhubaneswar, I wasn't going to fly to Bangalore to get myself treated by her. Second of all, I had lost any trust on her. **** **** ** **** ******* **** **** * ***** **** Obviously I wasn't going to get myself treated by her again after going through that horrible pain! I told her I am a student and this is too expensive for me, so refund to my account whatever I had to pay for RCT. She straightaway said no, there is no refund policy like that. She kept saying different clinics will give different opinions. I told her it's not an opinion, it's a painful process I actually had to go through! *** ****** ***** *** ******** *** ****** trying to show other clinics don't know what they are doing. I told her I have all scans of my re-RCT, I can show them, she denied. I told her how much it pained and affected me in a crucial period of thesis writing, she didn't care.

Patient care is least of their priority.

I am writing my horrible experience to warn others not to go to this clinic for RCT. ***** *** ****** ** ***** ******* ********* ** ********** Go at your own risk. I am expecting the clinic to reply something, but as a fellow patient, I would advice you to look elsewhere for your own good.

I would suggest think twice before visiting her. I had a very bad experience with her. She did a root canal treatment on my right side molar and within a year after the treatment i started getting boil with pus in my gums. When i consulted her she said there is no problem but for a second opinion i consulted other dentist where they took a xray of my tooth. The xray showed the broken instrument in the root and the filling was also beyond my root tip which caused the infection. Finally the other dentist adviced to get that tooth extracted. She had charged 15k for the rool canal treatment along with crown but of no use.

Had visited Dr Shobha for my root canal treatment. I had severely decayed tooth on lower jaw and sensitive tooth on my upper jaw. My family and friends who had been through an RCT in the past got me scared about the treatment and the impact it would have on the rest of the teeth. But after visiting Dental wellness and getting a root canal treatment done I can confidently say Dr Shobha is exceptional at doing what she does best and doesn't even let you feel the slightest of pain or discomfort during the course of the treatment. I would strongly recommend Dr Shobha and Dental Wellness to people for painless dental treatment.

Dr. Shobha has helped me change my smile completely. I had discoloration and cavities on my front teeth and was conscious to smile. I visited Dr. Shobha for getting the gaps between my front teeth closed. She explained the process to me in detail and gave me treatment options. The best part was that I was shown a mock up on a model as to how my teeth would look after treatment before any treatment was carried out.

The veneers done on my teeth look extremely natural and I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment. I also got some old metal fillings changed to white ones.
