We were welcomed with a friendly smile into an aesthetically designed clinic with a very neat and clean ambience.

Over the next hour or so, as we went through the treatment process, we found that Cleanliness was in the DNA of the clinic.

At the exact appointment time, Dr. Shobha personally stepped out of her work place, gave us a warm smile, and invited us in.

Seeing my mother’s age and condition, she related with her with tenderness and compassion.

She gave her a very patient hearing, examined her and understood the nature of her problem.

Thereafter, she explained to us the kind of treatment required to free my mother from her problem.

Seeing the standard of the clinic, we were concerned about the cost.

But Dr. Shobha surprised us!! She recommended a very cost effective treatment that was well within our budget.

Even though her Assistant Doctors were present, she personally attended to my mother because of her age.

An X-ray was called for. We were ushered into a room with a high end OPG Machine and were saved the trouble of hunting around for a Diagnostic Center to get an X-ray done.

We were rather impressed with Dr. Shobha’s professional approach.

The rates were reasonable considering the standards maintained and quality of service.

We visited the Clinic four more times , in the course of a month , to complete the treatment.

And on all occasions, the standard of service and treatment was par excellence.

If we ever need to get any dental treatment done, we now know where to go - without any apprehensions !!

The clinic is well maintained and very clean. I was attended by Dr. Shobha Nangrani. Dr. Shobha was very professional and explained the condition of my dental health in detail. She also clearly emphasized on treatment that was necessary and the treatment/procedures that are optional or supplementary. I opted for scaling and teeth whitening. The whole procedure was performed very well- with special attention to my comfort level (gag reflexes etc.). The assistant appeared to be very well -trained as he was around, whenever required, executing instructions that were not verbally announced in my presence. I also bought a few dental accessories that were suggested for better dental health. The billing was also very justified (as I had a fair idea of the charges in Bangalore) and reasonable. Since this was my first visit to a dentist in Bangalore post relocation from Delhi, I was very impressed with the entire experience. I would strongly recommend Dental Wellness and specifically Dr. Shobha for her expertise and professionalism.

The consultation was very focused without any verbiage and circumlocutory verbosity (that I have experienced with many other doctors). Dr. Shobha was to the point and gave a very crisp articulation of my condition. She has a warm personality and was patient in listening to my dental health history. Dr. Shobha's expertise was very evident to me during the root canal treatment. The entire procedure was painless and I was very comfortable during and after it was over.

Lastly, for the fee that was charged, I found the services very satisfactory and justified. The clinic is located at a nice place with ample parking area. The clinic is clean and well maintained. Most importantly, I got relieved from the ailment and therefore, I would strongly recommend Dr. Shobha for RCT.
