******** ***** ** *** **** ****** we have visited for my fathers Health issues.He is extremely professional and helpful.My father had severe Nerves problem in 2016 and was discharged under his guidance and no less to say Dr.Shiva kumar is a boon for us and he is the reason my father is doing good ,In 2017 same time again he had pneumonia and had to admit in different hospital which was nearby and the doctors there made us fear about his condition and with just one ray of hope i have called Shiva Kumar Sir and he instantly understood my panic and pain and suggested us the right way and also spoke doctors in same hospital and got him the right treatment.Because of him now my dad is Happily Healthy and enjoying time with grand child. Thank you Sir for everything.

I have visited the doctor a few times by now *** **** ** *** **** **** ************* *** ************* At the same time, he's friendly and gives good advice. He never asked to do unnecessary tests or rushed through my appointment. Overall, I will stick with this doctor throughout my treatment ** **** ********* and recommend Dr Shiva Kumar to everyone.

Dr Shiva refused to meet even after we had a confirmed appointment. Reason was we went through ISRO CHSS. After requesting at the counter for meeting Dr Shiva (as we met him for the same problem last year) sister took our file, discussed with him and told that he will see us. But when we went inside, the experience was really not what we expected. ** ****** **** ******* *** **** ** ****** ***** ***** He was asking again and again why we didn't meet him regularly last year and now after a year he can't do anything it seems. ( He only told last year that it takes longer time for some people, so we should wait). Then he advised some supplements that we can take now and stop after 2 months and no need of any follow up as problem can't be solved it seems as we didn't go for a regular check up. As we didn't believe that a doctor can refuse to meet a patient as he or she is from a particular organization, for confirming, we asked Dr Shiva whether he really told sister not to allow us to meet him, he told yes, he had asked them to do so. He told management has fixed one of the doctors in Neuro Dept to see ISRO CHSS patient to manage crowd it seems.. patients are crowd in hospital? A new thing we learnt yesterday.. Since we went to him for consultation last year for Bells palsy and we took 2 months treatment from him last year and he only told it will take time for some people for recovery, so we waited and went to him now. One thing to mention.. last year we went directly and this year we went through ISRO CHSS. *** *** **** **** ****** *** * ****** ** ***** ******** ****** ***** ************* Anyway, we learned a new lesson in life. Thanks a lot for this new experience..

Visited the neurologist for my elderly parents based on some recommendations as swelling, itching, redness, pain in the leg was not recovering from other medicines.. Although doctor listened to problem and said not a neuro problem but could be a skin related problem, changed few medicines, and referred to a skin doctor. But charged his fees! I mean for what? Nevertheless I went to see a skin doctor, he examined, listened to the whole story again, wrote some cream for redness and itching in the leg but for the original problem he was having no clue and again he referred to a general physician. But he charged his fees again for nothing! Finally after going round and round for 2 hours with my elderly parents I get to see an internal medicine doctor. Finally he wrote some tests and ask us to meet again. Then comes to go for lab test. And to my imagination one of the test which costed approx 3500 rs, they said they conduct only once a week! What on Earth this kind of excuse it is! So that means I have wait for one whole week to get the report and pay the fee again to see the doctor! The whole experience walking in Sakra world hospital was not good at all for my parents. Probably hospital itself has to improve on it's patient satisfaction and make them comfortable.

Its not only about Doctor but more about Sakara hospital. Doctor suggested surgery for my disc bulg but i have seen many people getting better without surgery. I don't mind surgery as doctor prescribed but Sakara is very very expensive so i wont recommended anyone unless he is very very rich. Consultation is 800 and simple MRI is 10000 same MRI i got done in 3500 from ebisu which is very good lab. I might go for surgery if issue is not fixed after 15 days of medication and complete bed rest as prescribed by another doctor but i will find another good hospital byt not sakara.

We admitted my MOTHER in SAKRA HOSPITAL last month for three weeks without verifying the doctor's credentials of Dr. Shiva Kumar R. Avoid getting admitted here in SAKRA **** *** ****** **** ***** ***** *** ** ****** ********** The doctor's in the ICU are very rude to the patient in SAKRA, *** ***** ***** * ****** **** *** ********** ** ***** *** ***** Our Repeated requests were ignored/forgotten/not communicated to the right people. Dr. Shiva Kumar R Doctor's morning visit to the room is a sham, he will walk in and leave within a minute, without explaining anything. ** *** ***** *** ******* **** ****** ** ***** *** ***** ***** * ** *** * ************ *** ***** ******** ********** *** ** **** * ******** ** *** ******* ** **** ***** *** ******** ***** He shouts at patient family members when we ask on the progress of health condition of the patient. * ****** ***** ***** *** *** ***** ***** * *******************

*** ***** ***** * **** **** *********** * **** **** **** they charge Rs 750 for consultation but will doc will not give 2 min of to explain medical problem and history. I have told him about my left arm pain and nerve numbness since one year long and also about neck to back shoulder pain. he is busy with typing not sure he listens to your concern really. I have also explained about 4-5 blood clots received in the morning sputum but he will say "It just nothing" no issues and also mentioned that it happens frequently but as expected same answer nothing******** gave pain killer tabs *** *** ** *** ******* ** ******** ** **** * **** *** *****

I went with my mom as she is suffering from serious discomfort (day and night) for the last three months. We have investigated heart and gastro but found no issues. Both the doctors treated that it was stress and the Gastro doc felt that it was a good idea to check with a neuro. In spite of stress related treatment nothing improved and we went to Dr. Shivakumar to check if there is a neuro issue. I felt that he was not trying to understand the gravity of the problem and just ruled it out as stress. I tried to tell hat there is no stress and asked him if we should investigate further. He said that he didn't see anything life threatening and ruled out any requirements of investigation and gave some meds for stress.

I have met Dr. Shivakumar at Sakra for headache related problem in 3rd week of January. It should be noted that I have been visiting Sakra for last 4-5 years and generally speaking have overall good experience.

During my experience with Dr. Shivakumar, he came across was arrogant, rude and was least interested in listening to our concerns during the entire conversation.

I and my wife politely requested him 2-3 times so that he could understand our concern and guide us appropriately. As I have lived in multiple countries and have interacted with doctors and my wife has also worked in a hospital, we could totally understand **** ** ***** **** ***** *** ********** *** ** ******* ******** *** ******** ******* **** ********* Therefore, we politely requested him that we were unsatisfied from his diagnosis.

The doctor took our humble requests for granted and arrogantly asked us to leave the room. I also followed-up with on-duty Medical Supredient about the whole experience but she did not really give us confidence nor she sounded interested that she would address our concern.

Over last few months, we have also observed overall care and patient attention at Sakra has gone down. ** **** **** ******* **** *** ** *** *** ******* **** ******** **** *** *********

Doctor was very rude and didn't understand the pain I was going through. I visited for nerve pain which I was suffering from past 25 days. After I explained my problem, he asked me if I do any physical exercise. I told I am used to morning walk and badminton. Then doctor asked when I did those last, I said about 1 month back. That was it, doctor didn't listen anything after that and was keep on telling my problem is because I don't do anything. I was telling him that I have stopped my physical activities because of my pain and once I recover then I am planning to start. For that he again told very rudely that walk is done by your legs, shoulders and neck are not used for walking. Listening this I then kept quite and waited for the appointment to get over and then I left. And I am writing this review few days late after my appointment because in spite of doctor's rude behavior, I started my physical activities with the ongoing pain thinking that doctor may be right but I can say now that starting my activities with my pain ****** **** ** ** ******* Now I need to go to see another neurologist or spine specialist ******* ***** ** ** *********** ** ** **** *** I am living on pain killers.
