Treatment: The treatment was not hurried through and the doctor was very patient with her explanation of the steps involved, through a generous number of spaced sitting to help.

Wait times: the doctor was very patient in her process, and had very short wait times as treatments were begun and concluded within the stipulated timeframe

Value: Dr. Shilpa provides deep expertise at accessible prices and hence this makes the process very friendly. Additionally the treatment satisfaction has been top tier for me, during and after the treatment.

I had tooth decay in 5 of my teeth and wanted a permanent solution. I had consulted 2 dentists before my friend recommended her. Somehow, I was not convinced about the treatment that the other two doctors had advised. They talked about some extractions and drillings and what not. However, Dr. Shilpa advised me to go for root canal with caps. She was very sure about what needed to be done and so I took her advice. I must say that the whole treatment was a very pain-free experience! Many years back I had done a root canal and I remembered it to be very painful. But this time it was absolutely painless! What's more, the cost of the treatment was very reasonable too!

I booked an appointment with Dr. Shilpa via Practo app a week ago to go over options to straighten my central incisor teeth, which had misaligned due to years leading to teeth over crowding. Dr. Shipa explained various options like braces, veneers, crowns etc... plus their pros & cons... This not only helped me decide but her conviction in making the procedure work for me was the deal sealer. I am pleased with my results. The whole procedure from start to finish took a week's time.

Dr. Shilpa is passionate about her work and the outcome/change it brings in her patient's lives. She went out the way to complete the procedure on time as she promised on the first day. I appreciate her maintaining timeliness of appointment & procedures.

Excellent service delivered. I Dr Shilpa first performed root canal on my teeth in 2012. The 4 caps/crowns have been intact for all these years. No problems at all. I came back because I had pain in some othee teeth. The entire procedure(3-4 sittings per tooth) was very smooth. She first explains the whole procedure and the cost and then proceeds only with the patient's consent. Very reasonable costs. She is available 24X7 on call if you need to consult her.

I have come for root canal and teeth fillings. The root canal treatment was a painless treatment. I got cosmetic filling done which was done aesthetically well. I had lot of tartar and got full mouth cleaning done. Totally I had full mouth rehabilitation. Therefore I'm not facing any dental problems anymore as I also was counselled for my preventive measures for decay. The total treatment was pain free. The doctor was very friendly and polite. I got an xray before the root canal and the whole process was explained in detail. I found the cost of the treatment to be very reasonable. I have been visiting Dr Shilpa.J for 2years and very comfortable with her. Therefore I recommend her for the "pain free" dental treatment

The doctor was pretty friendly and polite. Her approach was very apt. My problem of root canal was clearly analysed by her and was explained to me in detail. The treatment was completed patiently and very effectively. I consider that my approach to her for the treatment was a wise decision since I my treatment was successful and I could not find any further problems with regard to my tooth. My mother was diagnosed for root canal treatment and couple of fillings.

Visited doctor 5-6 times in total.

Doctor found that tooth had weak enamel 2 weeks after performing root canal treatment and capping it.Wonder why hasty treatment was performed in first place!.

Now my mother has mouth full of pain .

Subsequent visits have only yielded piling up of pain killers and antibiotics.

Impatient and thumb-rule diagnosis and treatment seems to be cause of the problem. Wont recommend .
