Dr. Shenoy Manohar Vasudev

I have seen multiple doctors for my acne but the experience with Dr.Shenoy was one of a kind! he explained me what works for me and how long it would take to see improvement for my condition. He was very patient and kind, didn't rush through the process. irrespective of your age he treats all patients with kindness and generosity.

Very experienced, highly confident doctor. Very clear about his diagnosis. There is no ambiguity while during prescription. With in 2 days I got good improvement in my body. But still I have problem, it has not removed 100 %.. Definitely I have suggested to many ppl.Again I have appointment on Monday.

Today I had the most traumatic experience with this doctor . I was blamed for entering his cabin when the nurse clearly told me to enter the cabin. There was no patient in the room . The previous patient had gone for a scan so they sent me in . The doctor is like he’s still seeing the patient . I clearly mentioned to him that the nurse instructed me to enter the cabin . ** *** ***** *** **** **** *** ************ * ****** ****** ****** **** ** *** ******* ** *********** ***** * ******** , he mentioned that people like me comment on google and give reviews and he doesn’t have the platform to give it back . I was being blamed for no reason ! Then he started raising his voice , I even mentioned that I’m feeling anxious and he should lower his tone, he called the nurse and started yelling at everyone . I just bursted out into tears and stepped out ** ** **** ******* and directly went to the counter and asked for the manager . The manager and his team did listen to me and empathised but still no action was taken . So my dad got involved and spoke to the management . While he finally apologised. He makes people wait at least for 2 to 3 hours, even if you book an appointment one day in advance after you come there in time they will tell you wait 45 minutes then wait 1 hour then wait another 45 minutes and then he doesn't turn up.
