I have to admit that it takes time for me to build confidence when it comes to choosing medical services. This cautious bend of mind will be on a higher side when it involves an invasive medical procedure. Narayana Multi Specialty Hospital has always upheld the value of medical field far beyond its peers – This has been my personal experience since 2010 till date .

In this review, I would like to specifically bring out the last in the series of positive re assuring experience which we had with the Hospital and its world class doctors.

My wife needed a surgery which we were postponing for a while for various reasons. This year (2021) in the month of July we met Dr Sashidhara Matta in the NH specialty hospital located in HSR layout, Bangalore .

Dr Sashidhara ensures that his patients are made aware of all aspects of their medical condition. He does that with a lot of patience and one will not feel hesitant to ask him all those doubts which might possibly come to the mind. He will not recommend a surgery unless it is absolutely essential ( which is not the case with many of the private hospitals around) . He would take time to sit with us post procedure to explain what was done (in our case he shared the video of the relevant parts of the procedure) what can be expected in the coming days ( so that we are prepared) and how to manage.

He has been with this hospital since last 10 years after his overseas experience in the medical arena. It is rare to come across such experienced, well qualified doctors who are humble and empathetic to their patients.

I would recommend Dr Sashidhar anyday to anyone anyday. You are in safe hands if it’s him

Our Meeting was arranged by Ms. Vijaya who is in charge of the administration and patient relations of this hospital. Her role in ensuring the seamless customer experience with this institution all these years deserves special mention. We are so grateful for her reassuring approach and positive attitude which went a long way into our pleasant experience with the hospital. I admire her also for the energy which she has in handling several anxious patients like us impeccably there on a daily basis. Employees like Ms Vijaya are a rock solid foundation and asset for any organization.

We only have good things to say about all related departments in the hospital - registration, billing, employees who assist patients while they first come to the hospital, insurance desk etc

I had been suffering from this problem for 3 yrs and consulted doctor shashidhara in 2014 while he had suggested that the permanent solution for the problem was surgery.The thought of surgery scared me n I started going for alternative methods like homeopathy for 2 yrs but the relief was temporary n the problem was nightmare to suffer.This year I made up my mind for surgery n revisited the doctor .He instilled confidence in me n said I can have a normal life once I'm done with the surgery.Mar 25th I underwent the surgery n 2 months now I am having a painfree life.

I give full credit to the doctor. U may find many surgeons in bangalore but for the first time in my life I have met a doc in bangalore who is approachable n patiently listens to u.His smile eases out ur stress n he gives convincing answers to ur queries.If not for this doc I would continue to suffer due to lack of confidence to undergo the surgery.

I will recommend doctor shashidhara to patients in n around whitefield n to patients even from other parts of bangalore.Do visit him n get urself treated
