I have been visiting Dr. Sharmila for more than a year now - first for her guided meditation sessions to help with stress, and then for her pre natal yoga classes. I benefited hugely from both.
All her sessions are totally personalized, and she gives a great deal of attention to your specific concerns. I love the fact that our weekly sessions always had enough variety to keep boredom away, but just enough repetition so that I really learnt how to do the asanas myself at home. She is incredibly kind, positive and empowering, and also makes it a point to answer all your questions.
I feel very comfortable trusting her advice, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
