Her detailed diet prescription alongwith recipes has been very interesting,  comfortable & easy to follow. Fortunately most of the items are agreeable to me & relishable. For example, the millets, red rice etc. Another favourable point is that she has given a wide range of options for  us to choose on any day. This really cuts the boredom & is very convenient for the  preparer too. The time-spacing is also very comfortable. Mid morning & mid-evening sessions are welcome. So one never feels very hungry.

Last but not the least, with all these, to my surprise, within one month I lost 3 kgs!

I’ve worked with dr sharmila for both in person and remote detox. Both times she has been attentive and empathetic.

This time I did remote detox from the US and she was easily reachable by phone. She kept track of my progress and gave me the right advice when I had a few problems along the way. I was nervous about doing a detox on my own but her instructions helped a lot. I was glad though that I had done a detox in person before because most of the time, I was familiar with how my body responded.
