Her areas of interest include Disorders of growth including growth hormone deficiency, Thyroid Disorders, Pubertal Disorders, Childhood Obesity, Type – I Diabetes Mellitus, Calcium and Vitamin D disorders, Disorders of Sexual Differentiation and Endocrine problems in children on Chemotherapy and those associated with systemic illnesses.
After completing her undergraduate from Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore she pursued post graduation from Manipal Hospitals, Bangalore. Thereafter she chased her dream of Paediatric Endocrinology by completing the fellowship in Pediatric & Adolescent Endocrinology at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. Adding to her academic achievements she has completed a Certificate course in management of Thyroid disorders under Public Health Foundation of India and Fellowship in Applied Nutrition.
