Dr. Shanthala is a life saviour. I have very rarely come across a doctor who is so patient, calm, friendly and most importantly so good at what she does. She is one of the very few Laparoscopic surgeons available in Bangalore, maybe India. She knows her job. Talks to the point and is genuinely a very -very good doctor. She saved my 77 year old grandmother from a fibroid/tumor. Almost no doctor wanted to perform a hysterectomy on a geriatric patient, but she was confident from day 1. The way she handles her patient and visitors, the way she explains things, has a human touch. All women suffering from related issues must make a visit to her.

I had a very bad experience, an emergency situation of excessive blood loss in urine, severe abdominal pain and tiredness. Doctor prescribed a Urinary routine test and Culture stimulation(result would take 3 days) and very basic medicines. Symptoms were concluded as UTI, ***** medicines for 3 days and no emergency steps were taken.
