We visited NU hospital and had a prior appointment but we had to wait for more than an hour as she came late and went on rounds immediately. ** ******* **** ************ ********** *** *** ** ********** ***** She was more interested to know what job the patients son and daughter are doing **** ******** ***** *** ********* ** *** ******** She straight away asked to do kidney transplant ***** ***** ******* ****** **** *** *** ********* Bad experience. We went for 3rd opinion and it was extremely dissatisfactory.
Hoped for better: Wait time
We reached at 12PM but it took so long to meet the Dr. Around 3.5hrs we did wait. also the process of Registration seemed very complicated.
Doctor suggested to do CT scan for my wife on first visit, which costs much in comparison with the regular scan, my wife was not having much pain, it was regular pain, **** **** *** ** *** *** ********** it was wast of money.
Rest things were ok.

I went for my father's treatment as he has kidney problem. His creatinine, potassium was very high and his vitamin D, platelet, haemoglobin was very less. After consulting Dr Shakuntala he has recovered a lot in just a month's time. All his platelet, haemoglobin and vitamin level increased and his creatinine and potassium is also normal now. Would definitely recommend the doctor.

Dr shakuntala modi is a very rude doctor we have ever met. *** ** *** ******** *** ******* **** *** ** ***** * ********My husband was diagnosed with CKD(kidney failure). We went to NU hospital to take 2nd opinion from some Nephrologist and after waiting for 1hr they sent us to this doctor. She doesn't have patience to explain the problem. Instead her focus was only on the elderly person who came with us and kept on taunting for every doubt he ask. *** ** *** * ******* ********. She spoke in a very rude way. I would suggest anyone not to go to NU and particularly this doctor. *** ** *** ***** ** ** * ****** *** *** ** * *** ******** ** **** ** ******** *********

NU Hospital, west it was a great hospital, service is great, staffs are very friendly and very kind and very helpful to patients.Hospital facilities are very good and latest equipment they’re using to provide a good services accept restaurant,in restaurant they don’t have many varieties are available and menu is not good.The restaurant menu available only indian food that’s not good because every customer is not indian nationality so I hope management will think about that what I mentioned in my review..special thanks for francina and venna , veena was really great staff she was helping a lot once again thank you veena and francina..special thanks for our consulting doctor Dr.shakuntala V modi she’s v friendly doc thanks for the doc to make my dad happy..we wish the all the staffs and management to all the best.
