Very empathetic & patiently gone through the previous records and explained the course of medication to the best of satisfaction. I felt they I am in right hands.

I suffered from severe pain in the left lower abdomen with intense pain radiating to the back. I consulted Dr. Shakir who after a preliminary examination diagnosed it as a stone either in the kidney or ureter. I was advised to undergo a CT scan which confirmed his diagnosis. Dr.Shakir is very articulate , patient, and a wonderful Doctor to interact with.

The tragedy is that the Radiologist at Fortis made a blunder, an unpardonable error in not indicating the size of the stone in the left kidney and ureter. Dr.Shakir on a review of the CT scan film arrived at the size of the stone. Speaks very poorly on the competence of the reporting radiologist.

I visited Dr. Shakir Tabrez for kidney stone for my 16yr old niece. Dr. Shakir explained about kidney stone problem in a very simplest way & also suggested what needs to be done for the coming days along with prescribed medicines & the course of action post one week. it was a complete consultation.I highly recommend him

My wife had consulted the doctor and it was for health concern. Doctor was good in consulting me. I would like to recommend the doctor to other people if anyone ask. There was no waiting time in the hospital when we went. It was urinary related issue. Doctor was friendly with her.

He told me to take whole body checkup. There was waiting time in the hospital, it was for one hour. My mom was on medication with another doctor. We had second opinion with Dr. Shakir for urinary-related issue. We had doubt if she had urinary infection. Later reports were normal.

I actually spoke to Dr. Shakir Tabrez on phone and he listened to my symptoms and after scrutiny of my reports, he explained me the possible issue and suggested some home remedies along with medical prescription. I felt better using the medicines, when I called up with additional query, he answered that as well. I had some additional queries which triggered before I reported to work and I visited Fortis hospital Cunningham road, unfortunately Shakir sir was at BG facility and the receptionist suggested me to speak with the another team member, (Not mentioning name), I kind off felt that he was least bothered to address my concerns. I was so much worried, but the way he responded to me, I thought he was not paying any attention to my issues and I walked away. I would like to meet Shakir sir once he is available to clarify my doubts related to my problems. Waiting for a response from Practo or Fortis Cunningham road.

Dr Shakir explained us the problem of my dad in a very beautiful manner with a diagram and it's mechanism. Dr Shakir is excellent and I highly recommend him.
