I visited doctor to consult the sensitivity which I started experiencing on my lower right jaw. Doctor diagnosed and concluded that it happened due to brushing mechanism which I also resonated. He advised me to sensodyne toothpaste. I started using it and I see lot of improvement on sensitivity.

Things I liked about the clinic and the doctor

Clinic is tidy.

Mouthwash would be available in the dental seat and they ask all patients to rinse with it to avoid bad breathe and it also gives hygiene environment for them to operate.

Doctor is professional and gives the advice considering the health and condition of the problem. You do not see mindless suggestions or treatments.

PS: Cost is reasonable considering the city and area in which they operate. We cant expect tier 4 city rate in tier 1 city considering cost of living, competitiveness and high real estate.

The Dr is very professional, explains the problem and the line of treatment.

As of now, my teeth pain has subsided.

One important aspect , I would like to bring forth is, I WAS CHARGED Rs. 5,000 for the treatment.

I am not value judging. But all tge same I felt the charges were very steep.

Excellent and very friendly doctor. Have been visiting the clinic for many years now and love the professionalism and the way treatment is done here.

Visited yesterday and here is what i experienced.

I was having a bad toothache for almost 2 months but was scared to visit a clinic specifically due to this corona virus situation. However got to know about Sakthi Smile through some references and did some initial google and finally decided to take a plunge in the situation. I was amazed by the kind of precaution they are taking for covid situation. They literally have a machine installed right at the door which blows high velocity sanitizing air and they ask you to turn around 360 degrees to complety sanitize you and your clothes. I checked later with them and found that this is completely safe with your skin. The next step is they ask you to take out your shoes and then they sanitize your feet and check your temperature. Post which they check your pulse and oxygen level through an oximeter.

The doctors and staffs are following ultra hygiene steps to make sure nothing goes wrong. Not to mention but ofcourse they are all equipped with masks, gloves and on top of that PPE suits as well...Honestly speaking the covid management being done by these guys is amazing and as a patient I felt extremely safe. Checked with the doctors and found they have plans to even start some kind of initial rapid antigen tests for all patients so that no stone is left unturned.

Now the experience with doctor was Like I went smiling and came out smiling. I went through root canal and filling of teeths and it was absolutely no pain experience. The doctor literally keep asking you at every step if you are fine or having any pain etc. They really make you very comfortable during the entire procedure.

A couple of suggestions:

1. A list can be provided to highlight what treatment has been done and when the next review is suggested, etc.,

2. A list of do's and don'ts for senior citizens as they tend to forget the details later and might help.

The clinic is very hygiene and the staff were friendly and professional. I went for cleaning and it was done in 20 min.
