Dr was very helpful and explained everything in detail and treated and cleared all our doubts with patience
Doctor does not listen to our words. She will not touch or see the problem on your body. When i said that rashes are coming after chicken pox got healed. She did not even asked since how many days chicken pox has started. She immediately gives medicine with out telling the problem.I visited Lotus diagnostics. She is charging 500 rupees for consultation. Patients should get satisfied with the doctor and get confidence. I did not get satisfied.

She is actually neither interested in knowing the problem of the patient nor understanding the past history of theirs.
She directly jumps to provide some immediate solution and will ask to visit again in a couple of weeks.
No interest in listing to the case history of patient
No patience in explaining where the problem is.

Consulting charges were higher than showed on Practo. They charged Rs.500 but Practo is showing Rs.350.

Very bad experience with the doctor, No respect for patients and she doesnt even care to check what has happened.Please dont go here and find a better option for yourself.

I had already consulted another doctor previously with not much improvement in my condition. Dr Sapna was efficient and could pin point why I had not responded to treatment earlier. Moreover, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
