Through Nova IVF Fertility Center Basaveshwar Nagar, Bangalore., I have conceived and am thrilled to be eighteen weeks pregnant. Just want to say thank you so much, to Dr Santosh Gupta and her staff members at Nova IVF Fertility Center. You all have a heart of gold and are the true meaning of what a Center, Doctor and staff is supposed to be for the patient. At Nova Center, they are very prompt at keeping up their appointment time. On the occasions when we were late, we either found doctor waiting for us or were attended by the doctor as soon as she was free, instead of moving us to the last appointment.

Beginning my infertility treatment from past 5 yrs was extremely overwhelming and at many times scary, as we worked our way through several failed attempts in getting pregnant at many IVF centers. But Nova IVF Fertility Center was extremely supportive, caring, and positive. The staff are absolutely fabulous and made both my husband and myself extremely comfortable. We visited Nova Fertility Center last year after consulting with other IVF centers for over 4 years who had ultimately given up without offering any hope.

I can’t imagine being in this position without Nova Fertility Center. Dr. Santosh Gupta patiently answered our numerous questions, thoroughly addressed all of our concerns, never once making us feel rushed. She would respond to every WhatsApp and SMS message that I left for her, within an hour. She makes herself available to answer your questions and concerns.
