I have been consulting many dermatologist since last 10 years for my severe acne problem treatment. Few treatment were effective and it got reduced but never got ended. However we should keep consulting skin professional experts at least to reduce acne problems. Currently I was focusing on reducing acne scars and improving my face skin texture and found Dr Sandeep in practo.I started visiting him since May 2018 for my acne and acne scar treatment. I had a pleasant experience in sparsha skin clinic. Staff were cordial and friendly. The Doctor spent enough time and was patient enough to listen and answer all my queries . He didnt over prescribe. No expensive fancy creams . Also they have a pharmacy inside the clinic which saved a lot of my time. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

Doctor sander peas friendly and made me understand the reason for skin issue. Answered all my questions with patience. Overall very satisfied with consultation.

I visited the doctor Jan 2024, I have a skin problem which looks like boils, doctor was calmly listened to me, and analyzed the area and after that he prescribed me a cream*** ** ****, (a beauty lotion calamine), a soap(calamine) and charges 500 Fees and 442 for medicine, asked me to come back again on Monday, actually I am telling you the real problem was herpes zoster and it was found by him immediately but he didn't gave me medicine for that *** **** ** ** ******* **** ****** ********* ** ** *** ****** ** ******

next day was Sunday off and my condition got worsen after just 12 hours overnight, I tried calling but none picked up since its "WEEKLY OFF", Monday I have client visit at office and I had to go, from office I called the number, I was told send me pictures and description and doc will come at 5.30pm and that will be shown to doctor, I insisted for phone number but not given, I shared and called again and told that there are many patient and can't give phone to doc, call me back 10 minutes, after 22, minutes I called back and then again "I will call back in 5 minutes", the answer was given, I went out for just 20 seconds with manager and call came and got missed, afterwords, I called many times not answered and finally when I wrote I will go to another doctor, i got a reply. "You can come back, you didn't answer".

Please just always take second opinion if going to a doctor you don't know. it's your life, and don't care about fees or anything. if you are not recovering within 10-12 hours.
