Doctor was nice and helpful, however receptionist was very rude with everyone. A lot of mismanagement!

While I initially expected a brief delay of 10 to 15 minutes, I ended up waiting for an extended period of 1.5 hours. It left me wondering about the effectiveness of making appointments when they lead to such significant time delays and wasting people's time..
