Dr Sachin is easy to interact with, very patient and supportive not just with the patient but the extended family as well. He is always accessible via email and responds almost instantly. But we were most impressed, when he called back from his personal number during a consultation, when the online app played truant. He has played a major role identifying the correct problem and finding proactive ways to sort it out.
