Dr. Rinku Das

Dr. Rinku was friendly, listened to problems with time, checkd up properly and later explained the reason for the issue, suggested medication and advised how to treat eye carefully and use of it in office hours. Also, asked to come for a free follow up on a recommnded date.

I visited the clinic with my mother in law.she is a very good doctor and explained properly about the allergy and prescribed medicine.now my mother in law feels better.

I had been suffering from itchy and watery eye (right eye). constant staring at monitors/tv, riding a 2wheeler whenever breeze blows in, my right eye used to get teary lot. the problem started increasing nd it gave me frequent problems, though it didn't hamper the eyesight. wanted a check up, looked up in Practo for an ophthalmologist. found Dr. Rinku Das to be recommended based on my location. the appointment was an easy process.(December 2019)went to the clinic at Sarjapur rd, confirmed my booking id and waiting time was less than 15mims being a weekday.met doc. she was patient while listening to the problem. asked few questions. did an initial diagnosis there itself, being emphatic nd careful.gave me 2 eye drops to be used for a week and a follow up check up was scheduled. I felt comfortable after using the drops nd went after a week. informed her about the progress. she did a check up once again to and advised to continue the medicine for a month nd advised to wear a powerless specs to avoid electronic light emitting from devices.After the usage of both the drops, the problem has reduced drastically. I would say now 99% of the time my right eye doesn't get watery. Thanks Dr. Das for your consultation & advise

Visited the clinic for continuous eye pain and flickering issues post Covid recovery. Doctor Rinku was so calm and professional while listening to my medical history and ongoing problem which most of the doctor don't do now a days. only after listening to my all problems and figuring out whether the disease is somewhere related to my other health issues, she recommended an eye test and put me on just one medication instead of recommending bunch of different medicines. I am overall very satisfied with the way Doctor has handled my case and explained the root cause of my ongoing eye issues post investigation.

I did 5 years ago. I was observing red eyes and dryness from past week and then booked this appointment to consult the doctor. wait time was almost none. I got to see the doctor immediately after going to the clinic. I explained the issue which I was observing and then she examined the eyes. after the examination she mentioned the optical disk is not normal and wanted to run few more tests to check if the case is of Glucoma. We immediately did those tests and my eye pressure was also normal. She prescribed drops for dryness. After I came home, I was feeling bit of blurness in one of my eye after the tests. I was bit afraid and immediately went back to doctor. She was kind and listened to me. Again examined my left eye. Apparently, it was because of the dryness and she suggested to use drops in frequent intervals and it should get sorted within a day. Overall it was really nice experience. Thank you Rinku!

My toddler was slightly nervous about his 1st eye checkup and initially didn’t speak to the doctor when he went it. However when Dr Rinku offered him chocolates he was much more relaxed and started talking and responding without any effort. Am glad the doctor did that which definitely made our experience much better. The eye test went well too (fortunately my son’s eyesight was fine, this being a routine checkup) and consisted of him reading alphabets off the board as well as tests using some equipment.
