But it sounds very strange from your end specially after the fact that you got treatment done for half of your family the same day and left saying you to take appointment for your self. why so malacious now? You were told to wait the doctor will come. You enquired the inhouse doctor her Qualifications and she told you MDS and here falsifying it as "Fresher to cover up"?? If you felt all these could have canceled your appointment. The appointment was for your kid after your consent his teeth cleaning was done by the specialist MDS (not a cover up fresher). Your Spouse consulted too! Why?? She was again advised to take appointment with the 10yrs experienced doc.... But you guys said you like the doctor present and got a teeth cleaning and filling done for her as well!! So why this feedback now? Having multiple clinic or visiting multiple hospitals is not a crime. All the good doctors are visiting consultant at almost all the hospitals. You have taken appointment online an hour and half before. a waiting time of half an hour or 15 minutes can be expected. Especially if the point you are raising is of a highly experienced doctor, what was the big deal? Doctors are human too! They too have to face traffic too! Treatments do gets stretched too.. The way on your single person appointment we were requested to treat your spouse too! Though we fail to understand the motto of your feedback still we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you
