Father had three vessels blocked 70 percent and part of his heart damaged. We were told that we would have to undergo a bypass surgery to avoid further damage to the heart in future. We were not at all ready for this, especially father.

When we met Dr Ravi as he was introduced as our surgeon he patiently and calmly explained us the issues that were existing and the reasons why the surgery was required and the other details of how it would be done .
