Ravi is a ENT/Head and Neck Surgeon currently heading the Integrated Head and Neck Services at People Tree Hospitals. He graduated in Medicine from Bangalore Medical College with post graduation in ENT from the same Institute. He underwent sub-specialty training in Head & Neck Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology (MS, DNB). His desire to bring in cutting edge Head and Neck care to India led him to UK and Canada. He was awarded the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2003 for training in General Surgery at Colchester followed by Diploma in Otolaryngology DOHNS (London). He underwent Senior registrar training in ENT/Head and Neck at all the major NHS teaching hospitals in the North East of England(Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Carlisle), and later on at Oxford & Winchester. During this period he acquired specialist training in all major subspecialty niches of ENT in a multidisciplinary environment (Otology/Neuro-otology, Rhinology/Facial Plastic, Voice, Head and Neck Oncology and Paediatric ENT). Ravi passed the intercollegiate exit exam for Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery in 2008 and was awarded Canadian Otolaryngology Fellowship to train in Head and Neck / Microvascular surgery from Dalhousie University Canada.At People Tree Hospitals Bangalore he leads a talented group of doctors and other health care professionals to deliver high quality patient centric ENT/Head and Neck care. He also regularly teaches in ENT and non ENT forums.
