We are lucky to have Dr Ravi as our Paediatrician, our daughter was born during the lockdown period and we were worried for her check ups and follow ups with doctor , but Dr Ravi has always been approachable, in fact he went several steps ahead and asked us about the well being of our daughter over call. Rarely one comes across a person who takes so much time out for patients to counsel them , Inform them thoroughly about ailments, and ensures smooth flow of processes. Dr Ravi is a very friendly and humble person. He explains all our questions with utmost patience. As new parents, we always had hundreds of questions in our mind even when we visited with a complaint of common flu, but doctor never let us out without even a single question being unanswered. We even met the doctor during wee hours in an emergency and even then he managed to treat my child well. The best part about the doctor is he always responds either through mail or phone for all your emergency queries. Once we had been to a remote area where I didn't even had access to doctors, Dr. Ravi helped us out and we were able to manage through tele consultation. We are so greatful for cradle for facilitating such genuine pediatricians.
