I took Dr Rashmi’s prenatal exercise and Lamaze classes from my 7th month of pregnancy, and I must say it helped me a lot physically and mentally to be prepared to have a normal delivery.
The exercises, breathing pattern and postures were really helpful throughout the last months of pregnancy till delivery.
Dr Rashmi is very much experienced and gives personal attention and guidance to bring out the best in the expecting mother.
The Lamaze session was also very helpful as it throughly prepared both myself and my husband for the labour and delivery process.

I would like to convey my heartfelt thankyou to you.
I should really agree that the confidence that I got with the antenatal exercise sessions from you , helped me lot during delivery. The exersice sessions kept me active and the squat practice I guess really helped a lot for normal delivery.
If not for the sessions , I would have never dared to squat during pregnancy.
On another note, the Lamaze session along with husband, was really really helpful during my labour. Off course I screamed and made a lot of fuss. Yet there were times when I was trying to breathe and calm myself and my hubby's role in that mattered a lot, and that credit goes to your Lamaze sessions.
Thankyou again for your help in making me strong through-out this phase.

After I delivered my twins I attended Dr.Rashmi's post-natal classes and I'm very happy to share my experience here. My body was very tight and stiff after my c-section. The exercises taught by Dr.Rashmi, which were a combination of yoga and pilates, helped me to stretch and loosen my muscles. I felt much more lighter and flexible after doing them that I made it a habit to somehow set aside time to do these exercises.
Dr.Rashmi is very patient and careful while handling the sessions. She doesn't push you to do something that your body is not ready for yet. She's very clear in explaining the exercises, giving information on the exact muscle group that each exercise works on.
'Active You' really made a huge difference in my post partum period. I would definitely recommend new moms to make time for themselves and sign up with 'Active You' for their post natal classes.

Dr. RASHMI is very professional... She has been of such great help during my second trimester.. I was having severe lower back ache in my 5th month. Her prenatal yoga classes worked like a charm. I am 100% free from that pain. Her tips and advise have worked perfectly for me.

Totally recommend dr Rashmi for Antenatal and lamaze sessions. They were really helpful during pregnancy and for normal delivery as well. All the sessions were very interactive and relaxing. I have finished Prenatal Yoga class with Dr Rashmi Kapoor. This has been the best gift I could give myself during my pregnancy. I feel much lighter and healthy than I felt at first trimester. Best thing I liked is that there are only 3 participants at a time. She gives individual attention to each of the participants. Lamaze session is informative. The Prenatal yoga sessions by Dr. Rashmi were amazing. I joined in my second trimester and it helped immensely in keeping me healthy and active. Most important the positive atmosphere created by her while teaching yoga brought in lots of peace, calmness and happiness in us too. All the exercises taught and the tips given by her are very good and effective for mom's to be.
