Initially rated positive as the doctor is very patient and takes time to explain everything in full detail. Changing now due to clearer understanding of a few things after second opinion.

- Doctor said that my existing glasses were of power -7.0 although I know they were of -8.0. Agreed it doesn't matter a lot, but still you cannot be wrong about the last power when the old lenses are in your hand

- Suggested a contact lens power which was way off what should have been prescribed. I have taken opinion from two more doctors so I am sure (the difference was more than 1.0 diopter which is huge!)

- He did not want to give cylindrical power, but only spherical. Not 100% sure about what is right, but other doctors definitely recommending to go for a mix.

- No computer checkup, although I must admit that the manual checkup was very very comprehensive

Very friendly, gentle and polite doctor in spite of his experience. I admired how doctor peacefully understood my issue, did the check up and diagnosed real problem. I had gone with complaint of something stuck under eyelid but he diagnosed it correct that it is truly an infection. He listens carefully and acknowledges, but then takes out time to investigate from his end also. Which is what makes me respect him. I thank the doctor very much for how polite and approachable he is. Very glad to have approached him for my issue.
