On 27/2/2023 my thumb was cutoff while cleaning my motorcycle chain . I was rushed to the hospital , Ramya ma’am was assigned as my surgeon. I underwent a thumb surgery where revascularistarion of amputated thumb was done.

25 October 2020, Sunday morning about 7.30am my mum Mrs T Rajalakshmi(83 yrs) cut her middle and ring finger with tips hanging out by mixie. I Rushed with her immediately to BGS Global Hospital and by 7.49 after first aid she got admitted. Rapid Antigen test for COVID carried out and wheeled onto Operation Theatre by 12.00. who carried out the surgery and after successfully rejoining cut parts of my mother's finger after removing nails my mother was out by 2.30. by god's grace all is well. While we have heard of neglect in many hospitals, here was one hospital which on a holiday accepted my mother, first aid and both fingers saved and sutured after micro vascular surgery. Hats off to Dr Ramya Deepti and the team of doctors and staff of BGS hospital. My mother was Discharged on Monday,26th October 2020 reviewed on Wednesday 28 October and found that the circulation had resumed in fingers next review was on Monday 02 November, then 6th November. Sutures removed on 10 Nov 2020. Throughout Dr Ramya was present for the reviews and encouraged my mother in her path to recovery. One of the most humane and friendly doctors. She is more of a family to us, a god who saved my mother's fingers. Hats off to you Madam.

Dr Ramya did an excellent and very thankful job when my son Chirag got hurt. My son leg heal was cut-off badly (2 inch by 1.5 inch) and lost baout 1 bottle blood. Dr Ramya attended to situation very swiftly, instructed the medical support system on all the required immediate treatments and arrange to do plastic surgery. She explained us all possibilities and what she plan to do to take ensure optimal success. She did the surgery within one hour so well and discharge my son in a day. In the surgery she had taken skin from thigh and stitched over heal. She advised precisely the process to be followed post delivery and visits to hospital till the bandage is taken off. I had a cyst on my lower back. I consulted Dr Ramya Deepti in Atreum hospital, she suggested Ultra sound, after going through ultra sound came to know about pilonidal sinus. She clearly explained the reason for occurance and need for surgery to completely resolve the issue. The surgery went well and I have started recovering well. We had to see Dr. Ramya Deepthi for our daughter due to an accident at home which resulted in burn injury with severe pain and discomfort. Being a plastic surgeon for treating injuries related to burn, Dr. Ramya Deepthi was very communicative about our daughter's current condition and the pros and cons of the treatment she referred to undergo.

We were apprehensive about the treatment at first, but the Doctor explained the need to perform the procedure due to the area of burn/injury and assured that it is the best possible and required treatment in the current situation.

Dr. Ramya is truly exceptional and beyond amazing. She is compassionate and took a great care in my daughter’s treatment. My daughter has accidentally toppled the hot water on her body while steaming and got injured. Dr. Ramya explained about the Collagen Surgery procedure and consoled us positively in the panic situation. She did the surgery and truly cared during this procedure.
