The waiting time may vary from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. I am satisfied with the consultation as I have got timely advice and righteous treatment from the doctor. I am happy with the hospital and services as well.
Doctor is gem of person. But guy who handle insurance is not professional at all.he does not know how to talk.
Doctor referred me to one of his team member who intern asked me to get the blood test and x-ray. I was then asked to come to the emergency Ward and he will meet us there was the commitment. The hospital took 45 minutes to arrange a wheel chair for my dad who could not walk due to this infection. I then got the rest of the test completed and came back to emergency Ward and we were further redirected to consultation room where we met the Doctor first which was in the basement. While we came to the basement one of the team member from the Doctor's team called as I insisted the nurse to call. I spoke to the doctor and I don't know his name he mentioned that I need to come to emergency Ward again and call for the duty doctor. * **** ** ** ****** ** ***** ** *** ***** **** ***** ****** ** **** **** *** I expressed my concern to the front desk and the called the doctor again and then we were asked to meet another team member of the doctor. He hardly looked at reports and did not look at the X-RAY, I then insisted on the reports and seeked clarity. I was then asked to meet another doctor who finally reviewed all the reports and finalized on the medication course.my request to the doctor is if you don't have the time please don't give appointments to patients. Especially your team needs to have more accountability. Today I had come in at 12:30 pm and left Fortis at 4 : 45 pm.
No Value of time from past 2 days I’m taking appointment and going to to hospital but doctor is not coming so I should come back home it’s been 10 km I travel and come but doctor not available before leaving home I speak to hospital stuff they say come doctor is there but when I go always doctor won’t come have been to waited for hours
I have got a confirmed appointment at Fortis. I reached the hospital on time, paid the bill and waited for the doctor but he never turned up. After waiting for an hour or so, I was informed that the doctor will not be arriving and asked me to consult with another doctor. I had no other choice and agreed for that. But I was highly disappointed.
