We have visited doctor rajasri in ayurdhama.. Though with lot of apprehension as it was the first time. the doctor is very friendly and helpful..she listens to all your problems and gives solutions.The staff is also very cooperative and friendly.The only issue i found is that diet plan shud be improved a bit so that patient should not remain hungry as the diet plan for weight loss has only khichdi in the option.There must be some light food and snacks for the patient as one cannot eat khichdi all the time.Rest the massage therapy was very beneficial for me.I lost around 3-5 kgs during the program and felt very active after the completion of it.
