I have contacted ayurvaid Domulur Branch for my Grandmother respiratory problems. This is my first experience with Hospital and very much impressed with the kindness and hospitality provided by them. Its’ really overwhelming support from Front office desk Usha and Junior Doctor Priya who have spent an hour with us and collected whole biodata since childhood. Very impressive. I was told that these records will be computerized and keep it forever. Unlike other hospitals, junior doctors collect details first and will brief the same to senior doctors by themselves without our intervention. Following to that, Patient is requested to meet Senior doctors and get proper advises. They are very systematic and well-defined process. As we are not holding any X-rays or other lab reports, they could not able to come to conclusion at this moment. We have been advised to get some diagnostic tests and take medicines for a couple of weeks to review after 2 weeks along with LAB reports. I will share my further feedback after next review and once the problem will be solved. They have very good live chat support for an appointment, Very good Pharmacy with proper support, Impressive Front office Desk and good and experienced doctors to support.

Our appointment was at 4pm. They made us wait. We continuously followed up on how much more time it would take. The front office mentioned that the screen doctor will come in 5 minutes. We waited for almost till 4.50pm and walked out as there was no sign of anyone else coming for screening, forget about doctor’s appointment.
