When Department of GI surgery was started at KIMS, Dr. R. Sahadev was at the helm of affairs. He was the one who ideated, planned and executed every aspect that made the department successful. Having performed many advanced and complex surgeries of the GIT with the special interest in upper GI work. Dr. Sahadev is always keen on sharing his knowledge on discussion platforms. He has received the Best Paper award for his presentation in Surgical Society of Bangalore.
