All good except receptionist unprofessional behavior.

No patience to check/ guide the clients properly

Am 200% dissatisfied with receptionist behaviour

If she don’t have patience please don’t do this type of job and don’t irritate clients like this

Priyanka mam explanation is good & staff also very friendly, clinic very high genic & good.. Cost is little bit high

She immediately noticed a fungal skin problem that I had not seen. She diagnosed it and recommended treatment for it. She was very reassuring. She checked also if the ointment she gave was effective. Very professional and reassuring.

First of all my consultation was with Dr. Priyanka but her assistant had consulted and taken the details and when Dr. Priyanka came she didn't even listen to the concerns fully and just told to start with peel..she mocked my condition by giving a sarcastic smile as I didn't go to them earlier and was pretty rude, they are just recommending peels for everything because it's a continuous process *** **** ***** *** ***** ** ** **** ** ***** ************* I got consulted from another dermat *** **** **** ** ********* *** ** ******* **** ******* ********* *** ** ** ********** **** ***** *** *** ****** ***** ** **** ** ***** ** ***** **** **** *** ********** ******** ***** ** **** *********

Good environment and staff it’s gives full relief thank you , and definitely I will recommend in my family or friends.

I am not satisfied. She has to explain the reasons about health issues to patients. I asked her about anti dandruff shampoo also but in the prescription it is not mentioned. What is this? No care about patients.

I would never recommend Dr. Priyanka Reddy. I had gone to her with skin pigmentation. She prescribed the peel for me and I spent close to a lac forr the treatment. * ******* ********** ***** ************ ******* ** **** ********* *** ***** **** I went to the clinic to check on the pigmentation, she assistant would tell me to apply the cream more. *** ********* **** *** ***** *** ******* ** ** ****** ** ** ***** ******* ** *** ********* ** **** *** *** **** ************ *** ** *** ****** ** * *** ** ****** *** ********* ******* She is a doctor who is so expensive on her treatment *** ****** *** *** ****** *** ***** ** *** *** **********

I would never advice anyone to visit clinics like this. DNA clinic is a complete NO NO.

Can't comment on the treatment right now but attentiveness and explanation was missing from many areas. To start with, I was never explained properly about the treatment what they were doing and what am I supposed to do. They straight away sent me to DNA BB treatment, before treatment I was told only 1 sitting is required but after the treatment I was told it may take upto max 6 sittings. Post my treatment I can't make out any difference maybe patience is the key. Soon after that I went to the desk and I was told about the products, no one cared to explain anything apart from the products. Diet , dos and donts. Nothing was explained as soon as I went in to the treatment room , doctors kept coming and going. Huge lack of attentiveness and explanation.

Initially, we thought it would be just chat as the doctor asked me to share some pics and we weren't sure? But the doctor asked us to visit the clinic, so we went to the clinic and the doctor was friendly. The doctor prescribed moisturizer and creams for my nine year old daughter. We applied it for for almost a week and it got cured. We were really worried seeing the skin infection. Now, we are happy that it has been cured. Thanks a lot to Dr.Priyanka Reddy and her staff who were cordial. We would highly recommend this doctor to everyone.
