Firstly the atmosphere/ play area sets the pace for your experience before you get to meet the doc, next the very approach of understanding the child's comfort levels (for Eg. fav cartoon/fav color/languages known etc.) tells you that putting a child at ease before the procedure is of utmost importance to the staff there for smooth functioning on both ends.

I have visited over 5 times for various complaints with my 5 year old and today we are at a position where i'm told my by child that "mama, you can wait outside while i finish my treatment with Premila aunty"

The doctor is very approachable, takes time and patience in explaining the issue, the treatment and the post procedure care.

We were terribly concerned and anxious about my daughter's dental health especially after she broke her front tooth a few days back.

Had an amazing experience on both our visits to Small Bites. Dr explained in detail on the situation and advised pulpectomy for her.

I would like to emphasize on her expertise and ease with which she handled the whole procedure. Was indeed skeptical on how my baby would co-operate. But it went off smoothly.
