Dr Prashanthi is an utmost professional who has tremendous amount of patience and an ever smiling face. His expertise on the issue and his detailed explanation on the procedure gives the patience lot of confidence. He has a calming effect on his patients. He spends the required amount of time necessary with patients and hears them out patiently. I underwent a surgery for which i was suffering from 3 yrs and was most relieved by the way he performed and assured me of the cure. He gave me HOPE, unlike the other doctors I visited who advised me to either keep the ALREADY laser treated tattoos or to look into other professions. One of the doctors even had the nerve to tell me to get a "respectable" job than this (air hostess)!! Dr. Prashantha Kesari on the other hand made me feel that nothing is unachievable, just need time and patience.
