HI this is Pavan, First of all Thanks to NU Hospitals, because i've an appointment with Mr. Dr Prasanna Venkatesh at 2:45pm due to heavy traffic i reached hospital at 4:15pm, with a small request they have accepted my concern, & made an appointment with Dr. A huge tones of Thanks to Miss, Sarala, who is attendant to Dr & Patient, she received me with a a smile, answering with smile, after waiting for 15min, entered into Dr chamber, he received with smile too, he explained me the situation in a simple manner & understandable language, later he enquired about my situation, he did not suggested me take all scanning, he just suggested me to take whichever required tests only, later he suggested me to consult Mr, Prasanna Kumar Kamble, he is also super guy, explained me about my health status with the small general example, he is awesome too. Dr, Kamble suggested me to take 4 weeks of medication but Pharmacy guy gave me tablets only for 4 days. You need to very careful to take the tablets etc. But anyways luckily i met Dr. Prasanna , he is excellent. Thanks Mr. Prasanna Venkatesh & entire team

Every element of treatment at the hospital is taken with the patient as the center of consideration -

- Administrative staff including Ms Prathibha, Ms Tanushri, Ms Chetana, and Ms Suma - they coordinate all the appointments and instructions given by the doctors during consultation. They remind you about your next appointment! Even the staff at registration including Ms Selvi who explained the financials for the hospitalization are very helpful, well spoken and hardworking.

- Nursing staff (Sincy, Riju, and Anappa in the ICU, we were on 3rd floor room post ICU- Nurses Barkha, Sherry, Support staff Prasad Rao helped bathe my father on the 2nd day after the surgery - Dad said he felt like he was in his childhood being bathed by his mother

- Finally, the Doctors’ team is par excellence starting from Dr Prasanna, Dr Pramod, Dr Sridhar Pandit, and the doctors team supporting the operation and post op care including Dr Kamal Sachdev, Dr Riju, and Dr Nishant in the ICU

Overall, it is indeed our great fortune to know Dr Swathi through whom we came to NU hospital for my father’s Urology treatment - May Lord bless the entire NU hospitals family as they give good care to thousands of patients every year! Thank you and God bless!

But the pain was not continues. When I did an ultrasound sound of his lower abdomen. We got to know that his left kidney was showlen and quite larger than the right one. I visited one doctor from a reputed hospital in Bangalore and he spent only two minutes and after some test he asked me to come to hospital when he will have the pain again. It was not at all satisfactory to me. Then I went to Anant sir at NU hospital. He spent around half an hour with me and explained the problem really clear and crystal. He referred me to Prasanna sir for further consultation. After consulting with Prasanna sir my son went for a laproscopic pyloplasty surgery and the way the doctors and staffs treated my him was quite nice and they made everything so easy.
