Just completed the 2 week medication but still issue is not resolved bloating issue is little better may be because of taking medicine, now the medicines are over so may be it will return, it seems I had some kind of infection which doctor is unable to give me clear picture of, as the patient would expect some improvement after spending 5000rs( 1k consultation + 2.5k medicines+ 1.5k ultrasound)
