I recently underwent a periodontal flap surgery with bone grafting under laser-assisted treatment at Impression Dental Specialist with Dr. Prafulla Biradar, and my experience was truly exceptional.From the beginning, Dr. Prafulla explained my condition in detail, ensuring I understood the problem and the necessary treatment. She made me feel comfortable and confident, patiently addressing all my concerns. The surgery was carried out seamlessly, and her expert hands made the procedure smooth and painless.What stood out the most was her dedication and post-care support. She provided detailed oral hygiene instructions and even shared her personal phone number, offering support via call or WhatsApp for any doubts or concerns. She was extremely responsive, reassuring me during the recovery process. She also arranged my registration at the clinic the following day to check my progress and clear any doubts.Dr. Prafulla is passionate about her profession and patients, and you can unquestioningly trust her for treatment. A special thanks to Dr. Chetna, who assisted me and ensured I received proper guidance on post-care. The clinic’s approach is commendable, as junior doctors explain the procedure and aftercare twice verbally and in writing.Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the treatment, care, and support from Dr. Prafulla Biradar and the entire team. I went for wishdom tooth extraction treatment and dr. Biradar consulted me very nicely by explaining every minor things and dr umashankar operated it. I was so convinced that in two days only, I completed consultation + diagnosis + operation and third day i am perfectly all right. Thanks for such smooth experience. Couple of feedbacks for clinic, tough, I would like to give:

1) bp and sugar report requirement was told me later point of time, it would be always great that patient should know during initial consultation, so that he can feel more comfortable collecting all diagnostic reports at one shot.

2) do's and don't explained me after extraction, here, it would be really nice that patients should be informed twice about it - once before extraction and later just quick recap. It will set their mind very well and if any preparation like ice cube etc can be taken care comfortable way. Also, aftrr extraction patient wont be able to talk for sometime, sl creates communication gap for such details.

3) power management could be slightly better, lots of trip can scare patients and their relatives.

I hope these feedback will help Impression team to do more greater thing as I found their mindset assertive. Thanks

She was accommodative of my schedule & conducted the surgery keeping my personal time constraints in mind. The surgery was completely painless and she conducted the same seamlessly. I was very comfortable on the chair & was in-fact enjoying the background music being played in the clinic. On a jocular note- I also requested a change in the background music which was also complied with. She thoroughly explained the important after surgery care to be taken by me at home. She was also available to me on WhatsApp and asked me to contact her anytime- in case of questions or an emergency. I contacted her regarding a question and got an immediate response from her. All in all- a very satisfying experience & I would recommend her excellent treatment/care to anybody requiring the same.

Dr Prafulla is one of the most competent and understanding individuals that I’ve met till date. Not only does she understand the patients worry and apprehensions but she takes time in explaining and addressing every minute detail of the concern that one may have. I went to her with periodontitis and she administered a lazer flap gum surgery to relieve me of my problem. Her surgical capabilities surpass the ordinary. So smooth was the entire process ( though it’s a long procedure) that I didn’t even feel a thing and and am now on my way to healing and recovery.

I must also thank her entire team for being super efficient at fixing appointments as per my convenience and comfort. I would recommend this clinic hands down.
