Dr. Pradeep Kumar is the chief of neonatology department. He has done his MBBS from K.S. Hegde Medical Academy at Mangalore in 2009. He has completed his MD paediatrics from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru in 2013. He has worked as an assistant professor in the department of paediatrics for 3 years at Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Bengaluru. Further, he went on to pursue neonatology fellowship from the prestigious St. Johns Medical College, Bengaluru. During this time, he trained himself in treating extreme premature babies as low as 500 g. Intensively managing various cases ranging from birth asphyxia, severe sepsis, inborn errors of metabolism and other neonatal problems. This is Luke Anitha, My new born baby suffered from Jaundice. We shifted to Sparsh hospital admitted in NICU HOSPITAL. There we met Dr. Pradeep Kumar.B.. He gave treatment to my son. My son's condition is not that good. Due to blood incompatibility jaundice level was increasing and decreasing each day. And to prevent those thing he gave injections etc, so that it will control the things. Then hemoglobin level was decreased. Put blood to increase it. After that also the hemoglobin level starts to decrease and jaundice level increased .many medical process done... Dr. Pradeep gave complete clarity about my baby health issue & what next treatment needs to be done. We got hope by his approach and friendliness as he was completely transparent enough to tell us all the points to take further steps to my baby.. As we all know blood exchange is not that easy for new born baby as even single step to proceed. Finally my baby got complete blood exchange with the help of Dr. Pradeep . Dr. Pradeep is one of the reputed doctor. We are so thankful to get him as our Doctor and other co-staffs & NICU nurses .Really helped us lot during tough times.
