REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE !!

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE !!

During my braces treatment, initially all talks were sweet, later after giving bulk amount of 8k for braces, real face of doctor came out.

*Just after my braces were put, everytime just after coming out of clinic within half an hour, brackets used to fall by themselves without even eating,

Maybe equipment used of very low quality(Many a times, doctor used to tell many equipments are not working).

*Because brackets coming off, i had to take earlier appointments like in another 2-3 days. Usually in orthodontic treatment, we have to visit in 15 days. Here i had to go in 2-3 days, because of some treatment not complete due to equipment not working and brackets coming off.Very difficult for any girl who is new to bangalore and has no one to accompany her on almost daily basis for braces treatment.

*Always calling for very late appointments ~8.30 pm on weekdays and making wait way too much till 9:30 pm sometimes.

When asked for any other slots, always getting answers/sms like doctor way too busy. If at all given a earlier slot after too many requests, no one used to be there at clinic and shutter used be down and many a times i had to return or again wait till 9:00 pm.

On weekends, as per doctor, he used to visit some out of town clinic, so no slots given on weekend

*Really unprofessional behaviour

Wasted more than 15k here without any result. Loss of time and money.Unethical behaviour.

Asked for some refund, couldn't get any.

Left the treatment midway here, and had to opt for other doctor who is really good and keeps things professional

I would not recommend Mr. Pradeep Nayak to anyone/Ladies
