I am taking my daughter to Dr Prabhu for over a year now.
First thing that you will notice is his way of handling the kids. Truly Exceptional.
The amount of time he devotes answering to queries and handling the issues is very good. Never seen him rushing through, even though he is very busy.
Many a times we have gone worried when my daughter was sick and he calmed us and explained the issues. I would surely recommend him.

He is a very friendly doctor. Always has a smile on the face which makes him very approachable. The respect he shows towards the babies is very good. More than unnecessary medications he always focuses on being positive and finding solutions naturally which is very good. Overall experience with him has been very goood.

Baby delivered in little flower hospital and bought to ovum hospital under Dr Prabhus guidance. Baby recovered within 6 days of time. We are happy with the treatment and services of hospital. But we want to tell the management to the prices of pharmacy specially it's too high.

No complaints about the doctor.
There is a serious problem of the people sitting in front desk reception. They are clearly not doing anything to make the cutomer feel satified or valued for the money they collect.
Today morning I visited the hospital for vacination. I missed to get my purse and had only paytm with me. Reception person colected 500 with pytm sent me in i consulted the doctor. The pharmacy in the hospital does not collect pytm. There was no kind of support I got from the hospital people to solve this situtation. I had to come back home and visit the hospital again in the evening. The 500 consultation fee is increased from 450 but has there been any improvement to cutomer service. Absolutely No!
I was expecting the reception to collect the cash from pytm and pay it to pharmacy. It is ridiculus that such a simple transaction cannot be done between 2 staff in the same permisis.
This is probably that last time i will visit the hospital for vaccination.

The way he handles a baby is something which impressed me. My son is two months old and I had been there for a general check up. He listens to all your worries, answers and explains everything properly. He prescribes medicines only if it requires. He speaks encouragingly, which makes you more confident as a new mother.
